EMPRO

| Expected Outcomes

EMPRO will deliver comprehensive hybrid training on the practical application of FD 2008/947 and FD 2009/829 and the use of existing and forthcoming digital tools to assist professionals in streamlining the application of the instruments, informative materials, as well as organise several national and international events, aimed at fostering awareness-raising, mutual learning, exchange of experiences among justice professionals and cooperation between Member States.

Therefore, the project expects to:

01
Provide an overview of the legal framework within the partner countries [e.g., legislation, bureaucratic steps, procedural concerns], thus ensuring meaningful reflection amongst practitioners regarding the higher degree of harmonisation between legal and judicial cultures
